Using Timeway

You may use Timeway for your own time tracking, subject to these terms. You do not need a Timeway account. The app, its name, and its design remain the property of Protaski LLC. Your use of the App Store app is also subject to the license terms provided through Apple. Apple’s Standard EULA applies unless a custom EULA is provided for the app.

Timeway Pro and billing

Timeway offers free features and an optional Pro subscription. The price, billing period, and any offer terms are shown before you confirm a purchase. Apple handles payments through your Apple Account. Pro renews automatically unless you cancel before renewal. The features and limits available on each plan are shown in the app.

Canceling your subscription

To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Timeway. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. When Pro access ends, paid features become unavailable and free-plan limits apply. If you exceed those limits, you may need to reduce your projects or tags to continue on the free plan.

Refund requests

If Apple billed you, you can request a refund through Apple. Eligibility depends on Apple’s policies and applicable consumer law. Canceling a subscription does not itself request a refund.

Your records and backups

You retain ownership of the activities, projects, tags, and time records you create. You are responsible for the information you enter and the files you choose to export or share. Keep backups of records that matter to you. Our Privacy Policy explains where your information is stored and what we receive.

iCloud and other Apple services

iCloud sync is a Pro feature and is enabled by default when iCloud is available. You can turn it off in Timeway Settings. Sync depends on your Apple Account, available iCloud storage, device settings, and Apple’s services. Turning off sync or deleting the app does not by itself delete existing iCloud copies or exported files. Apple’s services are subject to Apple’s own terms.

Acceptable use

Use the app and website lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or use our support channels to send unlawful or abusive messages.

Availability and your rights

We may update Timeway and its features over time. We do not guarantee that the app, website, or syncing will always be available or free from errors. Check your records before relying on them and keep copies of important data. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as Timeway changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Changes apply subject to any notice or consent required by applicable law.
